Porky's Bar-BQ is very easy to miss. Located in a small red barn nestled in between a hotel and a gas station, Porky's is one of those blink and you miss it places. Luckily in June I was hungry and on the look out for food when I spotted slow cooker pork ribs's Bar-BQ. The delicious smell of smoked pork pulled us into the small restaurant where we were warmly greeted by the owners. We arrived at closing time but the owners were very friendly and told us not to worry about the time and order whatever we wanted.
